The Adventures of Fat Rice Now Available!

With the publication of The Adventures of Fat Rice, our beloved Food on the Dole is now in a state of well-deserved retirement. Feel free to browse through the archived posts from yesteryear, and hopefully you'll find yourself in front of a copy of the cookbook we wrote over the past few years documenting the food at our Chicago restaurant, Fat Rice, inspired by Macua.
